Steelwork Contracting is a complex business where thorough coordination is vital.

At the start of every project, we put together a team which is led by a Project Manager with the necessary skills and experience to guarantee success.

A comprehensive project plan is produced for each job which sets the necessary targets for drawing issues, material purchase, subcontract orders, approvals, deliveries to site and handovers.

On larger or more complex projects we regularly set up a full-time presence on site with IT links back to head office.

Our offices run a state of the art intranet, ensuring our whole team has up-to-date information needed to run projects effectively including drawings, documents, emails and contact information.
